Kraft Nabisco Championship became a major in 1983 and takes place at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif. The tournament honors the contributions of Dinah Shore with the Nabisco Dinah Shore Trophy and the "Dinah Shore Walk of Champions" at the 18th hole

This club offers three eighteen hole courses. These courses are very difficult and will prove to be an excellent challenge for all skill levels. The Dinah Shore Tournament Course (previously known as the Old Course) is where the LPGA Tour's Dinah Shore/Nabisco Tournament is played each year. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 20th "Best in State" course for 1995-96, and the 26th best for 1997-98. "Golf for Women" rated this 2nd best out of "America's Best 'Women-Friendly' Courses." The Pete Dye Challenge Course has all the elements needed for a difficult round of golf. This includes his signature railroad ties and lightning-fast greens. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 30th "Best in State" course for 1995. The Arnold Palmer Course is very scenic and has large, well-bunkered greens. The fairways are somewhat narrow, so shot accuracy from off the tees is important. This club allows reciprocal play only during the summer
